New Declare War Feature in The Works

Looks like Zynga is messing with a feature that none of us really complain about. I don't have any details but here is an image where you can see the new feature.

I'm sure there will be more spam involved as this seems to be the only reason Zynga changes things these days. Hopefully we will see less of this!
